The experience at Dr. James Tsau's office was beyond what I was expecting at an orthodontist office. From the first phone call I felt comfortable, as the first question his staff was asking about was my concerns about my bite and crooked teeth. When I arrived at the office I thought I was at a spa! It must have been the nicest dental office I have ever been to. Erin and Adela, his staff offered me refreshments and even towelette to freshen up. What really impressed me was how attentive Dr. James and his staff was... they listened to my long history of previous braces experience and other dental problems. I felt like for the first time I was comfortable in a dental/orthodontic office where I could voice my concerns and questions and not feel stupid asking them. Dr. James explained complicated things in layman's terms where it make sense to me. Why can't every doctor do this!? I was concerned about the fee, but his staff helped me to maximize my insurance and gave me a flexible payment plan where I was comfortable. You do get what you pay for in this world, no doubt. I am now getting braces as an adult and I have chosen the place that will give me at smile I see on the magazines. Nice orthodontist and assistants, clean, comfortable setting, highly recommend it. In fact I have referred my nieces in grade school to him.

While we could find an orthodontist much closer to home it is well worth the drive to have my children being cared for by Dr. J and his staff. Who would have ever thought that my kids actually enjoy going to the orthodontist. The office staff is first class as well. The kicker is when we were originally researching and comparing orthodontists, Dr. J was right in the middle of the pact (don't tell him now though but I would have gladly paid him more for his outstanding services :)). Lastly while other children where we live have often complained that there braces really hurt my children have been amazed at how painless this whole process has been. He is excellent!

I had a wonderful orthodontic experience! I had two choices for my teeth as an adult: cosmetic braces or Invisalign. After careful review of all my options with Dr. James, I decided to go with cosmetic braces. I was very delighted with my choice. Dr. James clearly explained to me what to expect with braces, and gave me an accurate estimate of how long I would have them on (nine to ten months). It has been eleven months since getting my braces, and they are already off. My teeth are straight and still white! My expectations were definitely met, and exceeded!

I brought my daughter in to see Dr. James and was pleasantly surprised to hear that my daughter can hold off with treatment until possibly next year. He and Erin show a genuine concern for their patients and not just the "bottom line". The fact is Dr. James is very honest and someone who I completely trust.

Lastly, his office is very nice, state-of-the-art and first-class.

"Dr. James" is awesome! He and Erin are so friendly and gentle. They make you feel like you are visiting friends. He treats kids like "mini-adults" and really listens. The office is gorgeous and one-of-a-kind. My niece could not stop bragging about her orthodontist to all her friends at school.
